We met in 2000, Gerry as an ambitious leader of a new team seeking to make big change, Tania as a Leadership and Transformation consultant hired to help him create an inspirational team and culture.
We play along side one another, our talent and passion compliment our different approaches to a common goal - to live, learn and lead to the best our ability and to guide others to do the same.
